“The Roseate Villa has a charming, intimate feel born from its conjoined Victorian houses. It's hard to ignore that the location places you perfectly for exploring Bath's cultural heart. I think the high tea in the Henrietta Bar, with its park views, might be reason enough to book a stay. The small touches, like bespoke room designs, give a memorable, personal quality.”

nice bedding ample breakfast luggage absence flooded shower
the room had nice bedding and comfy pillows. the breakfast had plenty of choice, so that was good. i could not use the smart tv as i expected. there were very nice complementary toiletries.
there was no luggage rack in the room. my shower flooded, but i told them as i checked out. ample parking exists but it cost an extra £20 per night. this needs to be factored into a budget.
